Green field development of retail park in Portimão, Portugal
The office in TCN Portugal closed in 2009. In 2004 TCN Portugal acquired a 50% share in an existing retail park project Aveiro as well as a new development on Portimão (Algarve).
The retail park contains 27.105 m2 GLA. Anchor tenants are: Carrefour, Decathlon, Aki, Staples (Office). It is by now one of the best performing retail park in the Algarve area.
In 2005 the project was sold to Pillar, part of British Land.
