Health Park Zwolle

Think
In Zwolle, in the Oosterenk business area, TCN is redeveloping the Deltion College building into the avant-garde Health Park Zwolle. This business area is already healthcare-oriented with establishments such as the Isala Clinics, a psychiatric hospital, a youth well-being institution and a Ronald McDonald house. Health Park Zwolle will offer a wide range of treatment, care and health-related facilities. It also aims to provide an attractive environment for education and knowledge exchange.

Size:
The project consists of approximately 15,000 m² BVO.

Phase:
The design for Health Park Zwolle will be developed between 2007 and 2008. The Deltion College will relocate in the summer of 2008, after which the renovation of the building can commence. The “grand opening” of Health Park Zwolle is planned for the spring of 2009.

Make
The making of:
TCN Cares will further develop the concept for Health Park Zwolle with future tenants.

Challenges:
Currently, one of the main challenges is to arrange the proper circumstances to facilitate cooperation and synergy between the Isala Clinics, other healthcare providers and educational institutions.

Care
Partners:
TCN is responsible for concept development, marketing, realisation and management of the Health Park. We have received the cooperation of Isala Clinics, one of the top clinical hospitals in the Netherlands, on this project.

Tenants:
Many large and medium-sized healthcare providers have shown great enthusiasm and interest in settling at Health Park Zwolle. Potential tenants and other stakeholders are involved in the development process through workshops and interviews.

Property Management:
TCN Management provides the property management of Health Park Zwolle. Services offered are, among others, maintenance, cleaning, security, appointments, general branding. This long-term relationship creates value for its owners and customers.

Events:
TCN aims to organise several events, the main goal of which will be to stimulate the exchange of knowledge and solidarity between participants of the Health Park.
