Planning and implementation of the Aachen Arkaden, Aachens new top shopping location! Initiated and attended by AMW Projekte, Aachen once – we took over the project after the initial phase. TCN also meanwhile took over the Achen Arkaden Real Estate enterprise and is busy with the concepts’ improvement and takes care of the letting activities of the shopping center.

 The center will offer approx. 27.000 m² spaces for retail, gastronomy and business for end users. The construction phase will start in September 2007, the opening is planned for the second quarter of 2008.

Make
The optimal location of the center will attract people from the whole Euregio Maas/Rhein area
– approx. 3.8 million inhabitants. The Trierer Straße is the eastern main traffic axis in Aachen. More than 30,000 cars per day cross by.
