O-four is the new name of a businesspark in Groningen, former known as Eurocentrum. It is a redevelopment in a sustainable way of 4 existing offices. The concept, Office 4 Office, is a concentration of offices with supporting services. These services aim particularly at the market business.

The project consists of the reconstruction of 4 existing offices located on a sight-location at the Europaweg in Groningen next to the motorway A7 (Groningen-Heerenveen). The visibility and accessibility are excellent. The largest development area of Groningen is on the opposite at the Europapark (approximately 200,000 sq, meters offices and leisure). When TCN SIG Assets bought the complex in 2006 it was old fashioned and tenants were leaving. By modernizing and enlarging the buildings TCN succeeded in contracting two new large tenants.
The life cycle of building A and C is extended in a sustainable way with many years. In total the complex exist of 17,274 rentable square meters. Almost 85% of the total complex is already transformed.
