We are going to redevelop the site in stages. We are increasing the value of the project by starting up the marketing and rolling out the concepts we have developed for this park. Price, flexibility and the park-like atmosphere are the main selling points of the park. We developed an all inclusive concept with offers unique flexibility in both spaces and term of the lease. When the site is more rented out we want to upgrade the different buildings on the site when necessary.
