Think
The Home Boxx Exhibition Center is an expo and event complex, centrally located in the Netherlands. With up to 14,000 m² of multi-functional hospitality, it can be considered among the largest event complexes in the Netherlands. The Home Boxx is ideal for events, fairs (specialised or other), dealer days, exhibitions, etc. We have an experienced organisation team that can advise, assist and co-organise. At the Home Boxx, flexibility is of most importance.

Size:
The two storeys, totalling 14,000 m², can be divided into separate expo areas, which can be independently arranged. The complex has a central entrance, sufficient loading doors and is easily accessible for the loading of merchandise and equipment.

Challenges:

• Increasing the 50% capacity rate to full capacity.
• Improving the quality of the fairs and events.
• Building a reputation in B2B.
• Long-term lease contracts.
• Organising our own events.
• Building synergy with other TCN locations: Hengelo, WFCC, Media Park and Central Studio (under construction).

The making of:
The Home Boxx Exhibition Center is a self-developed project by TCN, designed by Van den Oever, Zaaijer, Roodbeen & Partners Architecten and built by BAM.
