TCN designed and implemented the masterplan for this 285 acre mixed use development, which is located 6 minutes from junction 36 of the M1 motorway. We completed the golf course and boating lake as part of the s106, which were subsequently sold to specialist operators. Rotherham Town Centre
TCN are preferred developers in partnership with Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council for the regeneration of Rotherham Town Centre. This project consists of 9 sites covering over 10.5 acres of the town centre. The regeneration will be kickstarted by the Council moving to new offices, facilitating the development of a 130,000 sq ft retail store in the town centre.
