TCN Netherlands is where it all started in 1994 with the management contract of the Home Trade Center. Currently we are based in Utrecht at the Keulsekade 189 in the former head office of Nuon, one of the major energy companies in this country. Read more about this at Head Office Keulsekade.
TCN is organized in Platforms that are run by seven partners who are responsible for the projects in these Platforms. The majority of the partners are based at the Keulsekade.
The main focus in The Netherlands is redevelopmet of existing buildings and urban area’s. We are good in trade marts (see our Brandboxx projects), Data Centers and Business Parks like Arnhems Buiten, the Media Park and C Mill in Heerlen. The projects in Groningen have a separate organization and are run from our office in Groningen.
