UGLI Campus, London

The Piano Club, London
TCN have launched a new concept in working environments known as Co Working, or collaborative working. Our Piano Clubs facilitate the banding together of independents, entrepreneurs, small teams, and other nomadic or un-tethered workers around a shared space that serves as work space, meeting space, office and, increasingly, an incubator for ideas and business development. The internet enables virtual communities to form, but human nature demands interaction "off line" which we can provide. The Piano Club is another example of TCN's innovative approach to connecting with modern occupier demands.
Rotherham Town Centre
TCN are preferred developers in partnership with Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council for the regeneration of Rotherham Town Centre. This project consists of 9 sites covering over 10.5 acres of the town centre. The regeneration will be kickstarted by the Council moving to new offices, facilitating the development of a 130,000 sq ft retail store in the town centre.
Express Park, Somerset
Express Park comprises 100,000 sq ft of offices in a high quality business park environment, located 10 miles north of Taunton at junction 23 of the M5. Onsite amenities include a health club, café, serviced offices, conference facilities, a hotel and public house. The site is supported by full IT and communications capability together with 24-hour on-site manned security. Waterfront Dearne Valley, Rotherham
TCN designed and implemented the masterplan for this 285 acre mixed use development, which is located 6 minutes from junction 36 of the M1 motorway. We completed the golf course and boating lake as part of the s106, which were subsequently sold to specialist operators.
