From its foundation TCN has chosen reliability as its main principle. It is possible to maintain a financially healthy company without participation to reprehensible practices. TCN-ers know the rules of doing decent business and whether it is TCN’s interest or personal interest, we remain a company of integrity in all circumstances. The reputation of TCN as a reliable partner has been built in years and a reprehensible practice can have major consequences for the company as a whole.
Therefore we have a code of conduct for TCN employees that is based on the standard of the NEPROM and where necessary we go further. The code provides the boundaries within which we work and provides a guide for awkward situations. TCN-ers know the contents of the code and have all signed this. We think it's important that we remain aware of the code and therefore we organize meetings on a regular basis to discuss situations with each other that occur in our daily life encounter.
